Our Story

As a devoted dog mom, our founder, Alana, has always believed that furry friends are family. She started Wags of Love with a simple idea: to make it possible for couples to include their beloved pets in one of the most important days of their lives—their wedding day.

As both a pet lover and wedding enthusiast, Alana noticed a gap in the industry. Too often, couples were faced with the dilemma of leaving their pets out of their special day due to logistical challenges. She knew there had to be a better way. Her goal was to ensure every couple could share their big day with their pup by their side. And so, Wags of Love was born.

Since I was a child, dogs have always held a special place in my heart. This passion has grown into a lifelong mission: to improve the lives of as many dogs as possible. As an adult, I pursue this goal by fostering dogs in need, expanding my knowledge in the pet industry, and now, helping others include their pets in life’s special moments.

I have always been drawn to dogs; whenever there’s a dog around, I naturally gravitate towards them, soaking in their love and affection. Their presence brings me immense comfort and happiness. Seeing their joyful nature fills me with gratitude and purpose. Wags of Love allowS me to combine my passion with my profession, making every day a fulfilling journey where my love for animals can thrive!

In 2020, Nayla became an irreplaceable part of our family the moment we rescued her. She instantly captured our hearts and became the center of our universe, filling our lives with immeasurable happiness and love. As Nayla grew and flourished, it became clear that she had a purpose beyond our home. She found her calling in contributing to the noble mission of Wags of Love, where we try to enrich dogs' lives to the fullest extent possible. Nayla encompasses a multitude of lovable qualities, from her mesmerizing crystal blue eyes to her fun-spirited and vibrant personality. She enjoys spending her time playing tug of war, snuggling on the couch, and running around with her furiends. She is a constant reminder of the incredible bond we share with our dogs, driving our business to be successful.
